Delivery Information
The work acquired by the investor/collector is accompanied by an Invoice, Certificate of Authenticity, and in cases of shipping abroad (outside Brazil), the IPHAN (National Institute of Historical and Artistic Heritage) certificate is also included. In the case of a painting, the work will travel rolled up inside a sturdy tube. This makes transportation much safer. Sending the work rolled up protects your investment. When the investor/collector receives the work, all they need to do is take it to a frame shop and ask for it to be stretched, and choose a frame if they wish. The images on this website where the work appears framed in a room are merely illustrative, providing a suggestion of a frame to be chosen after receiving the work at your home. Therefore, the purchase of a work from the Alejandro Arnutti studio does not include a frame. If you would like to receive the work already stretched on the frame, please let us know by clicking HERE. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, as Alejandro Arnutti's studio will incur additional costs in hiring a carpenter to make the wooden and plywood box. The delivery time for the work will also be longer due to these conditions.
Delivery Times
In the case of a painting and it is sent rolled up, the deadline for posting the work by a carrier is 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. As soon as the work is posted, you will receive your tracking code. In the case of a painting and it is sent stretched on a frame, the deadline for posting the work depends on the delivery by the carpenter of the box, and this will vary depending on the availability of the carpenter and the production time. Therefore, in these cases, it is not possible to establish a deadline in advance.
Payment Methods
When paying in cash via bank transfer (TED or PIX), you will receive a 5% discount on the total value of your Artwork. We will split the value of the Artwork into up to 12 installments on your credit card via the Mercado Pago payment link sent via WhatsApp. Installments incur interest from the operator.
